I have tried this product and found it wanting. I agree with many of the reviewers that it feels light and silky and certainly looks like you have no makeup on at all. Unfortunately, I can look like I have no makeup on at all by simply wearing no makeup. With my older (early 50's) skin, I find that it really did not help in covering/hiding fine lines, dark(ish) circles under my eyes, or facial discoloration and the luminous quality of the powders actually seems to highlight wrinkles and lines rather than hide them. If I have to use a concealer makeup to aid in hiding these imperfections, I feel I might as well buy another type of makeup. On younger skin, I can well imagine this makeup could be quite lovely but I don't recommend it for the more mature set.

When I initially found this necklace I was searching something that had some diamonds that wasn't too expensive but still would make my wife happy. Thats what I got, she loved it even thought it was smaller then i was expecting she still liked it. The chain is really thin and tangles easily and looks like it could break easily. This may be a problem for some people but it doesn't bother my wife at all, she likes small chains. The pendant itself is a little bit smaller then a dime, and the chain is a little thicker than fishing line. Hope this info helps someone picture it better because the image makes it look a lot bigger. The chain can easily be swapped out for a thicker one and the pendant will still rest the same.

I'm petite, so I found these earrings the perfect size for everyday wear. 5mm is approx 1/5 inch. The velvet box and outer cardboard box are really nice for gift giving.
And such a good size too! I ordered and received the 7mm earrings a few weeks earlier and they were a bit too big for my needs but these little ones are just perfect.

My boyfriend bought this toy for me at Christmas. I had a rabbit from a different company and never really liked it. The ears would bother me when using it or I just got aggravated that it didn't quite reach the right spot and he had decided it was time for me to try something new. AND I am SO glad we did!
We now lovingly refer to this toy as The Hare. Without the additional "ears" on the clit stimulator it feels so much better and I don't have to worry about irritation after playtime. The vibe is so pleasurable and quiet enough I can use it in a thin-walled house without everyone knowing what I'm doing before bedtime. I'd say it makes about the same amount of noise as one of those handheld battery operated fans when on its highest setting.

Astroglide has really made a name for itself since its introduction in 1991, and it is now one of the top-selling personal lubricants. Well, it's easy to see why! Astroglide is a water-based lubricant, which means that it is friendly to your body, your toys and your condoms, and it is easy to clean up.
Also, some lubricants I have run across have a very odd or bitter taste, which can be distracting during one-on-one time, but Astroglide has a bittersweet taste that, while not great, is definitely not bad. So, if you want a great water-based lube, then join the throng, and get Astroglide! I highly recommend it!!
FYI: In general, there are three types of lubricants and each has its pros and cons. Water-based lubes are easy to cleanup and are unlikely to cause yeast infections, but on the down side they do need to be renewed every half hour or less due to drying. Oil-based lubes tend to have maximum slipperiness and last longest, but can lead to yeast infections and tend to break down latex condoms and toys quite quickly. Silicone-based lubes fall in between these two, being slicker and longer lasting than water-based lubes, but they do require longer clean up times, can stain sheets and clothing, and will eventually break down silicone toys.

This thing is amazingly real looking and feeling. It's also huge. So huge that I laughed hysterically when I opened the box and saw this thing staring back at me.
When you take the monster out of it's package, and give it a squeeze, it feels JUST like a real penis except for the somewhat sticky texture it has to it.
It doesn't really have that extremely annoying smell new sex toys tend to have...the veins on it are very realistic, although I think a very light blue hue would have been a nice touch.
I was going to give this toy only 4 stars, because it's so thick that it's actually unusable for me. I tried to get it in because it looked like it would feel amazing because it feels so real when you fondle it. But it was just too painful. Anyhow, I decided to give it five stars just because of how realistic it really is, I enjoy playing with it - it makes a rather nice stress reliever. I have been using this lube non-stop since I first tried it! I work in an adult boutique and get free samples all the time but this is the ONLY lube I use. The feel and texture of it is so much more luxiourious than any other lubes. It never gets sticky or tacky like many others. I also love that it has no smell and if you happen to taste some, it doesn't ruin the mood with a nasty taste! The only downfall is that it does tend to dry out faster than most water based lubes but that is nothing in comparison to it's good qualities.
I absolutely love this product. I've tried other glycerin-free brands and have been frustrated by how quickly they dry out. This is the energizer bunny of lubes . . . it keeps going and going. I especially love the creamy consistency and find that it really does a great job at moisturizing and lubricating. Two thumbs up. My only regret is that it isn't readily available in many stores; only two that I know of in NYC, and must be ordered online.

We had a hard time waiting for this to get to us. The tin has Durex on the top but it doesn't pop right out at you so you can leave it on the night stand. We love the vibrating rings, and they can be turned off if you want to use just a short time(who really wants to do that thought). you get 4 of 12 differnt kinds of condoms 4 flavored varities: strawberry, mint, banana, and chocolate(pretty good). Then there are studded, ribbed, her pleasure, low smell of latex, something like extended pleasure, regular, can't remember the other two types. Rabbit ears on pawn shop televisions are about my speed; needless to say, I don't watch television. However, kind friends mainline this series two or three shows at a time, and they got me hooked: were I to be completely honest, I might have to admit to giving serious thought to obtaining this by less-than-legal-means. It actually might be worth jail time.
Speaking as someone who was born in America's deep South, this series captures everything about Louisiana that is appealing. (Spanish Moss, vampires, latent racism and homophobia, the dichotomy between Christian Southern values and patriarchal, brutality-enforced poverty, sassy Southern women who know how to fight with chains, etc.)
What it makes it really stand out, though, is the casting: there isn't a bad actor in the bunch--and they are all believable as Southern archetypes. Nelsan Ellis as the short order cook/drug dealer Lafayette and Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin as the romantic leads give mesmerizing performances.
True Blood, or possibly the original series of books from which it arose, is an arresting set of stories: Faulkner says that the only thing really worth writing about (or thinking about, by extension) is the human heart in conflict with itself. The Southern United States depicted in True Blood is conflict embodied--you are a supposed to be a good Christian, and follow the rules of an established society, but you live in the middle of a swamp so dense and wild that it believably could be home to minions of Satan, like vampires.
It's a lot to think about. If you are one of those artistic/professional types with too much to do, don't start watching this; it becomes an obsession.
I had never purchased a Jillian Michaels DVD before b/c of the hit or miss reviews. So when I heard raves about this one, I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad I did. This is an absolute butt-kicker workout. I am an intermediate/advanced exerciser (I work out 5-6 days a week) so I figured I could see what Level 1 was all about and move onto Level 2 right away. Listen to me folks--these workouts are HARD. Level 2 was VERY difficult--a good difficult though, very challenging. When Jillian tells you to start at level 1, listen to her she knows what she's doing. I've been at this for about 5 days, and I already feel a difference in my body.
Jillian is tough--absolutely NO rest in this workout (not even for a sip of water) but that's what makes it go by so quickly, and it makes your body change, according to Jillian. You're done before you know it--but by the end you've gotten a kick butt workout and feel like you've really done something. She bases her workout on the 3-2-1 method: 3 mins strength, 2 mins cardio, 1 min abs. Her strength circuits remind me of Jari Love--compound exercises that work the upper and lower body simultaneously. The cardio is good as well: a lot of jumping, so watch those knees (she has a modifier for beginner and lower impact) And the abs is straight up ab work--a variety of crunches and twists on the floor.
This is a great workout and I find Jillian to be tough but she's pretty likeable. Be warned though: she's no-nonsense. I think it's funny when during the stretch she admits she's not flexible and struggles to reach her legs on the floor. I thought "Ha, Ha, finally something I'm better at than Jillian!" lol
If you really want to get a good workout and to jumpstart your weight loss get this DVD you will not be disappointed. It's great for those who are short on time too and want to try something new; every workout is just under 30 mins!

Reading the reviews here and seeing the variety of reactions to Fireproof is almost as interesting as the movie itself.
Most of the positive reviews focus on the message. Most of the negative reviews focus on the technical quality of the movie, and/or the reviewers' feelings about Christianity. Accordingly, I'd like to chime in on these three topics.
Technical Quality: Although I did like the movie, I have to admit the negative reviewers have a point here. The cinematography and special effects are more in line with what you'd expect on a TV show than a feature film. There's nothing glaringly awful, but the viewer is definitely aware this film was not financed like a big-budget Hollywood movie.
The acting performances are about the same. Cameron puts in a solid professional job, but nothing that's going to go down in history as one of the great performances of all time. The rest of the cast is pretty spotty, and most of them have at least one line or one scene that comes off a bit lame. Again, not so bad as to be unwatchable, but definitely below average for feature films.
The Message: This is why people like the film, and why I liked it too. There are actually two messages here - one about marriage and one about Christianity. Most of the negative reviewers can't seem to separate these two issues, which is understandable since there' entwined. Let me take a stab at dealing with them separately.
The marriage-related messages portrayed in this movie are:
1) Married people who are predominantly focused on their own feelings and their own needs are not likely to succeed. Marriage takes a lot of work, and a predominantly selfless attitude.
2) In order for a marriage to work, both partners have to be willing to admit that they are flawed human beings, that they make mistakes, that they are sometimes selfish and hurtful, and that they sometimes have to ask humbly to be forgiven. Christians certainly recognize this message, but it applies equally to non-Christians (except for those who are perfect, many of whom apparently have written reviews of Fireproof here).
3) There will be conflicts and hard times during a marriage, and when this happens, both partners must be committed to making it work and ensuring the survival of the marriage - even when this seems like a lot of work and doesn't seem to be rewarded or recognized.
4) For a marriage to really work, both partners will have to continually grow and improve themselves - often in ways that are not comfortable and entail sacrifices.
Anyone who has actually been married for a while and worked through problems will recognize the above themes as true to life - and, most emphatically, true to life in a way that Hollywood movie portrayals of love and romance are definitely not true to life.
I believe that most of the people who liked this movie - certainly me and my wife - are resonating with FINALLY a movie that seems to understand what enduring marriage and love that grows over the years are really all about. Most movies portray love as a state of blissful happiness - which it sometimes is - but miss the larger picture of love as an ongoing project that two people work on, working hard and selflessly, for many years.
The Christian Message: People who are just flat-out offended by Christianity, or those who have past traumas, grudges, or anger toward Christians, simply are not going to like this movie. If you're in this group, just don't go.
The people in this movie express and embody their work on their marriage and their personal growth through their faith. If you're a Christian, you will very likely identify with this and see it is a positive.
If you're a non-Christian who has a generally benign, friendly attitude toward Christianity and Christians, this movie might be worth a try for you. The challenges these folks face and the things they have to overcome are not limited only to Christians, and may be familiar to you. They do frame their solutions and their personal work in Christian terms. If you're interested in Christianity, or how Christains frame and work through personal problems, then this movie might have some interest for you.

The ring is nice even though I expected the red enamel to be brighter, it's so dark it almost looks black. I was also very disapointed to find out that the price of the item in the Eves Addiction printed catalog was $40 compared to the $62 I paid online from the same vendor. It is the "Spring 2008" catalog, so it is not that the ring has just been reduced. Am I beeing punished for buying online? The most outrageous part is that the company itself sent the catalog along with my order. I find that to be a very inconsistent and unprofessional way of doing business.

This ring is gorgeous! It is solid and beautifully crafted. Should you be a half size go up one size. The ring came in an adorable gift box with bow. This ring is truly special and I love it.
I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loved it. The design is the standard design, but when seen in person, the ring is much smaller than it actually appears to be in the photos, and so it looks even better crafted.

I bought this for myself as a birthday present and was so excited when it FINALLY arrived. I don't know why but when I opened the packaged I was expecting the pendant to be a little bit bigger, but it's pretty just the same. The quality is very good.

I've been waiting for this to arrive for nearly two months and now thats it's finally here well...it's pretty but not that pretty. The pendant doesn't seem to be well made as the glass heart doesn't neatly fit into the metal piece. I intended to give this pendant to a friend of mine for her birthday but now I'm not so sure. Don't set the bar up to high you might be disappointed.
